SERVICE

Our Service is in support of our distributors and their customers by a well stocked, quick responding network of Service Centers and Warehouses providing support and product to build and maintain North America.

Availability of complete units and parts is insured by commingled inventories of all AMH North American Warehouse and Service Center facilities. Our supply network allows shipments from multiple locations to insure our customers demand is met. AMH has a continuous flow of factory shipments to these facilities that can be redirected while in process or in route to satisfy unplanned requirement.

Authorized Service is available from any distributor and backed by AMH North American Service Centers. We encourage frequent inspections and preventive maintenance programs for lifting equipment. Our distributors will assist in sustaining our product and provide requested test documentation to comply with ASME B30, OSHA and any other local codes requested.

Warranty for AMH and HFS brands is for one year and limited as detailed in operation and installation manuals for the product purchased. We do not offer a misleading lifetime warranty that is disqualified by everything imaginable that causes product to not perform.
